Co-founded by Shannon Nadj, a fellow Torontonian, is a Los Angeles gem with an A-list following (think the likes of SZA, Selena Gomez and Bella Hadid) has recently offered their signature GET HOT workouts online. From 50-minute signature flows to high-intensity workouts, you'll be LA ready in no time!
